Greetings! July and August have been very busy months for LucidLights and the LucidLights team, so here are just some of the exciting highlights.

As many of you know, EJ and I were married on 7/7/07 in Parker, CO. When it was time for the toasts a blue LucidLights flashed "DING DING DING... THANK YOU" to the hundred or so guests. They loved it, and much of the conversation for the rest of the evening kept coming back around to LucidLights and the many new market niche ideas that people keep adding to the mix. In so many ways, it was one of the best evenings of my life! :-)

The wedding ballroom was in a new hotel owned by Terrell Davis, retired Bronco football player extraordinaire. Early in the day EJ and I set the intention of running into Terrell so we could show him LucidLights. At the end of the day, we retired to the honeymoon suite and were just about to call it a day when we decided to get some ice for our own toast. We ventured out together, and guess who was standing there - all by himself - on the fourth floor waiting by the elevator! Yep, it was Terrell! We introduced ourselves and had a very pleasant chat for several minutes. Terrell was intrigued by LucidLights and what it might mean to the future of NFL football promotions, and he requested we leave contact information for him at the front desk. Stay tuned for further developments!

At the end of July, along with our two teenage boys, we attended CEO Space, formerly called IBI, in Los Angeles. We received tons of enthusiasm for LucidLights from the hundreds of attendees, and came home with new ideas, new opportunities, and new investors too. We displayed LucidLights at our Expo booth on Saturday and interested people came from clear across the convention center to learn more about those attention-grabbing messages they could read from hundreds of feet distance. We have new pictures showing EJ flashing "Lucid" and "Lights" on our home page at www.LucidLights.net that were taken at our Expo booth.

Attending the Expo were a team of world-reknown sign flippers who, along with LucidLights, more or less stole the show with their attention grabbing activity. These two guys have been on Jay Leno, Ellen DeGeneres, and other high-visibility shows, and they are really, really good at sign flipping! Statistical studies show when they are flipping their signs at events the product sales go up dramatically. They claim an average 3,000% increase in sales! They came to our booth and talked with us extensively about incorporating LucidLights into their "show", claiming, "You just opened up our nighttime business!" Stay tuned for future developments on that too!

At the Expo, we gained new investors and took pre-orders from people wanting to buy LucidLights as soon as they become available. As you can imagine, the Expo results were extremely encouraging, a pattern that is repeating every time we show LucidLights at public venues.

In early August, EJ and I were invited to a Little Feat rock concert in Cripple Creeek, Colorado. We flashed several fun messages, such as "WE {heart} LITTLE FEAT", and an opening-and-flickering lighter graphic animation (much safer than the real mcCoy). Afterwards we met up backstage with Shaun Murphy, the lead singer. She was very enthusiastic about LucidLights! She said she could read the messages clearly from the stage even when we were all the way at the back of the arena. We were given the name of the group's manager and we'll soon check in with him to discuss how LucidLights might be a good addition to their T-shirts and CD promotional products line.

Again, stay tuned, this phase of our growth is extremely exciting and the potential applications for LucidLights are endless! Next month, we'll talk about how LucidLights could possibly be deemed the next greatest teaching tool on the planet!
